*** Client Experience User Interface Lead Designer ***

The Client Experience User Interface Design Lead is responsible for the interface design and usability of a specific "Client" ACCESS product. UI Design Leads work closely with Market Research, Product Managers, and BSAs to translate customer and business requirements and use cases into a customer-centric online experience, including the overall site structure, organization and page-level interaction/information definition. UI Design Leads facilitate customer research activities such as interviews, contextual inquiry and persona development to define customer-driven interface requirements and produce site maps, user flows, wireframes, page layouts and functional specification deliverables for hand-off to technology. Additionally they design, facilitate and analyze the results of low- and high-fidelity usability tests, contribute a business and process perspective during the development and information flow design reviews, provide guidance to Content Managers, champion customer-centricity, usability and ease-of use and promote consistency of the customer experience within the online channel and across various customer communication channels.
