Robert Half Technology is looking for a User Support Specialist. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing support and training for users of the content management system (CMS). The position requires the ongoing development of support materials as well as user account creation and maintenance. The User Support Specialist coordinates with various departments and vendors to troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner. From time to time, the User Support Specialist may be tasked with developing new CMS projects.

Experience: Two to three years experience in technical support or help desk.
Experience working with content management systems.
Experience with Serena Collage a plus. Detailed knowledge of HTML. Experience with Active Server Pages and .NET a plus.
Ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BS in Computer Science or comparable experience.
