Client Service Representative

Summary:

The Client Service Representative has responsibility for full customer service to clients by functioning as a primary contact for client questions, investigation of problems with the service, and any special client requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Analyze individual questions regarding company products and services and provide resolution.
Provide any requested document or materials to the client via e-mail, fax, or mail.
Document details of client calls while on the phone, inputting this directly into the system for future review.
Act in a courteous and professional manner in performing job functions.
Escalate matters, as necessary, to department supervisors.
Clerical procedures necessary to accomplish the essential functions of the position
Any special projects and miscellaneous duties assigned by management
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or GED
Previous in-bound call center experience with an emphasis on customer service, organization of work duties and performing job functions independently.
Previous office experience utilizing a PC with proficient use of a mouse and keyboard
Knowledge and practical use of desktop applications software.
Professional attire and behavior.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to meet productivity standards.
