Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Our SAP Analysts and Consultants use their skills in SAP process design and configuration, SAP design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and/or SAP technical architecture to focus on architecting a solution using SAP to achieve a defined business outcome. Key responsibilities may include: · Work with client management to assess clients' performance management capabilities, including Financial Strategy Management, Business Planning and Consolidations, Profitability & Cost management, Financial Consolidations Management Reporting & Analysis and create system and process recommendations necessary to improve client capabilities. · Engage in full SAP end to end deployment lifecycle activities to enable the client's end to end performance management cycle based on SAP performance management solutions, including management of the following activities: o Documentation of business requirements o Application design o Conducting gap analyses between business requirements and SAP solutions o Build, test and deployment · Identify key value drivers, define metrics, and create driver-based financial models linking corporate objectives and strategies to actionable levers of value creation · Communicate case for change based on comprehensive change impact analyses and barriers, with plans to overcome these internal and external barriers · Develop and resource structured work plans to ensure achievement of project outcomes · Ensure issues are managed and resolved and risks are highlighted with well-thought out mitigation plans · Develop business case including milestone achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary · Manage resources in the delivery of analysis, models, processes, and tools Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
Experience: Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree. · Minimum of 3 years functional and/or technical experience related to one or more of the following areas: o Business Planning & Consolidation o Financial Consolidations o Profitability & Cost Management o Financial Strategy Management o Management reporting and analysis · Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP BPC 5.1 / Outlooksoft · Minimum of 1 year project management experience Preferred Skill Requirements: · Direct work experience within the Record to Report end to end process with focus on corporate consolidations, management reporting, budgeting & planning, strategic management and period end close/reporting · Experience with designing and implementing master data solutions in conjunction with ERP or reporting solution implementations Experience with design and implementation of application security in alignment with client directed SOX compliance guidelines · Experience with SAP FI/CO · Excellent program/project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem/issue resolution, and presentation skills. · At least 3 years of experience with integrated solutions involving one or more SAP performance management and reporting solutions (e.g. SAP BPC/Cartesis, SSM, SAP Profitability Analysis, Outlooksoft, Pilot or Business Objects).
