Our client is searching for a very high level Desktop Support Technician/System Administrator. Almost all of the support will be client side support. This will include Lenovo Laptops, Blackberry Devices & Dell Desktops. The candidate will need to have managerial experience & hands on experience in their past work environments. A candidate from a small environment would be ideal for this position due to extensive exposure to many technologies & multiple issues on their own. The candidates must be an expert in Active Directory, email troubleshooting, phone configuration, client optimization, VPN, building lap tops from scratch.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Hands on technical experience in the following is required;

&#149; Software Updates
&#149; Blackberry
&#149; VPN
&#149; Great General IT understanding and methodologies
&#149; Road Map Laptop Life Cycle
