Responsible for:

. Providing engineering and management expertise to assist with implementation of the Call Center
. Providing expertise for call routing, service centers, VOIP, IVR, ACD, and CTI
. Managing the IT telephony schedule and tasks - helping to keep the project on schedule and making sure requirements are being met
. Working with company IT and vendor personnel covering a multitude of layers including phone circuits, VOIP gateways and session border controllers, network, server, workstation, and application layers
. Working with the HR department to ensure overall project success
. Developing and executing telephony test plans and failover plans

Qualifications:
. 5+ years of experience with call routing, service center implementations, VOIP, IVR, ACD & CTI
. Management expertise with managing resources, tasks and schedules as well as reporting on statuses
