One of Chicago's largest (Fortune 500 leader) and growing organizations in the Financial and technical arenas is looking for solid Project Manager.



As a Project Manager, you will provide the overall direction for concurrent projects that are small to mid-sized.

Develop project plan and risk/issue mitigation approach.
Assemble and mobilize team members to troubleshoot issues.
Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.
Manage the project estimating and overall status reporting activity.
Present plans and gain sign-off from the Business and IT leadership.
Work with Resource Managers to staff and maintain teams to ensure work is completed.
Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, financial health, and quality. Manage issue resolution process and take corrective action as necessary.
You will also work with the QA testing team to ensure thorough testing of modules/application/interfaces.
Promote and monitor compliance of application development activities with audit and information risk policies.
Act as an interface with internal and external audit groups.



Experience: . At least 5 years of experience in Project Management is required
. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing needs/priorities
. Working knowledge of ControlM, NDM, and FTP
. Working knowledge of Data processes around Extract, Transform and Load processes
