Duration: 9 Months A Skills Required: 7-10 years of experience in Information Management 2-4 years of experience in Design, Development and Support of Content Management applications include Document , Records and Image and Web management. 4-6 years of professional experience as a technical architect Must have a very strong design and implementation experience in Content Management Systems. Minimally 2 years recent experience with IBM DB2 Content Manager. Experience in implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions including tool administration experience. Minimally 2 years of experience in managing metadata, taxonomy, workflows, templates a! nd document repository environments. Must have experience with Content Management solution design through to user acceptance and implementation. Experienced developer of customized workflows, process workflows and document lifecycles. Strong experience in managing the security architecture of content management systems. At least 2-3 years experience in Unix and/or AIX Operating Systems or IBM z/OS Assignment Description / Responsibilities: Understands the overall ECM framework and supports business and technical project teams as a Content Management subject matter expert, including Document, Records, Image, Web management Works with the professional services teams and business users to gather ECM business requirements Consults with business and technical project teams on Content Management solutions targeted at specific business problems. Proactively consults with business and technical resources to posit! ion Content Management solutions within Client Participates in ECM tool rationalization projects to evaluate and recommend ECM tools and technologies. Assists in the development of business use-case scenarios and the other design deliverables in building a working Content Management solution. Works with Application and Solution Architects in designing and developing ECM solutions. Participates in design of the ECM solution as it impacts existing networks. Participates in design of system services, including infrastructure, security, networking, disaster recovery/backup. Supports the Software installation and configuration in various environments. Supports business users as a Content Management System Administrator. Manages the day-to-day document submission and updating activities for ECM solutions. Ensures the quality and integrity of the documents stored within ECM solutions. Ensures the information contained within each document is accurate, peer reviewed an! d regularly updated within workflow processes. Major Accountabilities: Content Management Specialist will work with Enterprise Content Management business and technical project teams to implement Content Management solutions targeted at solving business problems in this space. This role will be responsible for consulting with business and technical teams to properly position content management solutions, and perform administration/support of the Content Management tools and technologies used within Client ECM solutions.
