Assists in the engineering and infrastructure support for regional voice and data services; Ensures that converged and wireless data technologies are well integrated across regions; Drives voice and data projects and solutions based upon business value and Global governance; Provides technical expertise of voice (non-mobile) phone systems and data infrastructure; Provides guidance and develops effective operational model around adds, moves, and changes to the voice and data infrastructure within regions including phone lines, extensions, hunt groups, communication groups, call centers; executes moves, adds and changes for voice mail systems within the region; troubleshoots and resolves problems related to phone systems and voice mail systems; Provides technical knowledge of wireless data infrastructure and able to implement all defined Global LAN standards. 3-5 years of experience in networks and data/voice communication. U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or TN1 Minimum Requirements: - Complex dial plan configuration and troubleshooting - Complex voice gateway configurations including H.323, MGCP and H.323 gatekeeper configuration experience Preferred: - Call Manager experience in single server, multi server and multi-cluster environments - Cisco Unity installation, administration, and monitoring - Experience in Call Manager and traditional PBX integrations using T1 CAS, PRI and QSig - Extensive experience with voice circuits Certifications: Impl & Admin a Win2K Directory Service Impl & Admin a Win2K Network Infrastructure CVOICE CCNA Apply directly at: ?r=gad To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
