Minimum 4 years of programming, systems analysis, and business system design experience. The ideal candidate would have engineering experience with emphasis in J2EE. Additionally, this candidate would also have experience designing and developing infrastructure components combined with experience providing on-going maintenance/production health support in a 24x7 environment. This is a fast-paced team and the successful candidate must be able to act with a sense of urgency. Qualified candidates must posses a strong sense of leadership; excellent communication skills, good technical abilities, and a can do attitude.

Five to ten years of experience in technology with strengths/knowledge in one or more of these areas:
J2EE including EJB development
BEA Weblogic Application Server 8.1
Oblix 6.1
LDAP 5.2
Unix (Solaris) and Linux (Red Hat)

Technically and Enterprise minded including experience with:
Infrastructure design and deployment
Production health and enterprise monitoring
Enterprise Security
Web Services and Services-Oriented Architectures
Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issues
Well organized and the capacity to multitask
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter and works effectively with minimal direction

ROLE SPECIFIC:
This role will be 100% dedicated to working on projects that interact with our Project Management Office (PMO). These projects usually encompass the following tasks:
Application setup in one of our supported architectures
Security setup for the application
Assist with troubleshooting infrastructure issues
Assist with application load testing by monitoring the architecture and assisting with issues.
Assisting the application team with first time migrations to UAT and Production
