Position Title: ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE - OFFICE
Purpose of Position:
. Perform basic copying, faxing, printing and scanning functions
. Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes
. Clean and maintain equipment when necessary
. Serve as primary customer contact for equipment service and repair
. Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment
. Perform maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas on specified equipment
. Maintain on-site parts/supply inventory appropriate to client equipment population
. Provide appropriate communication, support and interface to customer
Essential Job Functions:
. Lift and move up to 50 pounds
. Able to read, write, and follow basic English instructions
. Listen, understand, & communicate effectively
. Computer Skills - basic use of MS Office
. Ability to handle multiple tasks
. Able to interact with diverse employee population
. Customer service skills
. Reliable and flexible
Education / Experience Required:
. High School Diploma
. Preferred 6 months experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
. Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision
. Ability to adapt and provide customer service in a changing environment
. Shows pride in work, pays attention to detail

NOTE: This position may require driving and / or a forklift certification. The Contract Agency will not assign an individual to drive as part of the services performed if the driving record check reveals that the individual, as an adult in the U.S.:
. Has no valid U.S. driver's license or a suspended driver's license;
. Has convictions for driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated with n the past three (3) years;
. Has had an accident within the last three (3) years; and / or
. Has five (5) speeding infractions within the last three (3) years.
