Responsible for technical oversight and delivery of all server based technology projects and initiatives. Responsible for 2nd level diagnosis of day to day PC hardware and software problems; 2nd level Windows support in setting up network printers and diagnosing all network printer problems; overall performance tuning and resolution of LAN problems; management and timely completion of all day to day customer computer problems, user requests; projects documented in the IT Group backlog report or as assigned by the Network Manager. Experience: 3 or more years of experience with working in a multi-domain enterprise environment; Strong Windows 2003 Active Directory knowledge; experience with deployment of multi Exchange 2000/2003 environment; experience with Backup solution e.g. Veritas Backup Exec in a mult-domain setting; experience with troubleshooting and centrally managing HP servers; experience with Project Management; knwledge on Hitachi SAN and Brocade switches; experience with SQL administration and SMS a definite plus.
