Robert Half Technology has a need for a Help Desk Analyst for ongoing opportunities. Candidates will be responsible for providing level I technical support for end users via telephone. Responsibilities also including entering tickets into call tracking software and escalating the proper phone calls to level II support. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties include: Providing support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
