The Systems Analyst for Financial and HR Systems will provide system support of HR and Financial applications for users at headquarters and international locations, resolve problems for users, and work with data center staff on production procedures. Handle design and implementation of new functionality using SQL and SQR coding. Responsible for MS Access and Crystal Reports report maintenance, as well as direct interface with the user community to troubleshoot issues and define project requirement. Monitor application of system fixes and upgrades to packaged software. Experience: BS degree with a minimum 3 years of increasing responsibility in IT. Must have PeopleSoft Financials or other PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, SQR, PeopleSoft Security Administration, SQL, server database, Microsoft Access, Crystal or Report Smith, ADP application, iVantage application, Kronos application, and MPC application are also a preferred. Must have background with HR or Financial applications. Successful experience with analysis, design, coding, and testing of moderately complex systems with a proficiency in Microsoft Office desktop applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
