Position Details

Our client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HR Project Manager. You should be familiar with
PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) v8.8+. The chosen candidate for this role will qualify and pursue client sales opportunities by developing the solution, scope, estimates and/or proposal. You will utilize structured PM and application development methods, as well as develop and maintain strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels. Qualified candidates should be able to plan, track, and manage project financials to budget, able to scope, estimate, plan, and manage PS HCM v8.8 and v8.9 projects. Experience with some of the PeopleSoft HR eCollaborative applications & workflow, able to scope, plan, and manage process re-design, able to scope, plan, and manage online enhancements is essential in this role. Additional responsibilities would include, but not be limited to scope, plan, and manage data conversions, manage report development, as well as managing security without assistance.

Experience: Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
4 years of hands-on experience managing PeopleSoft HCM implementations and upgrades.
3 full lifecycle (9+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft HCM v8.8+
Previous and proven experience working in the capacity of PM for a large team (15-20+ Consultants/Contractors) including financial and technical areas.
Projects managed should have been completed clients with 10,000 or more employees.
