Smartsource, Inc. a nationwide technical staffing agency is looking for a Queue Coordinator to join a reputable, stable, growing organization. This high profile client, a leading global provider of information technology services and advanced, high volume document and payment processing solutions, was selected Dell Inc.'s General Procurement Partner of the Year for 2007.



START DATE: ASAP!

DURATION: 3+ Months contract-to-hire (PERMANENT STATUS after 90 days)

LOCATION: Chicago, IL

WORK HOURS: 8am - 5pm (M-F)

COMPENSATION: $15/hr



PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking Queue Coordinator. This level 1 technician will be a SmartSource employee working direct at client location.



---Requirements---/----Duties----

Proficient with Word and Excel.

Can multitask on the phone and computer.

Communicate in a clear and concise Manner via email and voice

Knowledge of Computer Associates United Service Desk (USD) help desk software a plus

Level 1 technical skills and/or previous Help Desk call center experience a plus

This position requires a detail orientated person with strong team working skills

Technician will be representing the client company, so professional appearance is mandatory.
