This role is responsible for the design and development of the information delivery layer including the information delivery meta data layer, component selection, portal (layout, design, hierarchies, customization), meta data source connectivity, security, and migration. Individuals in this role should have a strong background in information delivery design and delivery, SQL, database analysis plus good skills in the selected meta data delivery tool set.




Experience: *Meta data experience is a MUST.



Skills Required

. Experience in designing the information delivery layer for a large scale managed meta data environment implementations

. Experience in designing the information delivery layer for a large scale managed meta data environment implementation

. Strong SQL expertise.

. Excellent testing skills.

. Must be able to work well with infrastructure developer and repository architect.

. Must have thorough understanding of various hardware and software platforms used to source meta data.. 3 + years experience of programming and systems development.

. Thorough understanding of fundamental middleware concepts such as: Asynchronous RPC, Synchronous RPC, Publish/Subscriber, Message-oriented, SQL-oriented, Object request brokers.

. 5+ work experience

. Significant experience using middleware to link multiple, diverse hardware/software platforms.

. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

. Significant prior experience using hardware, software and middleware to support major technical implementations.

. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)



Preferred Skills

. Experience working on meta data implementations with large user base and complex

requirements.

. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.

. Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance terminology

. Experience with Rochade
