Provide EDI baseline support for inbound and outbound documents. Monitor and resolveerrors and issues with interfaces among all OM/Transportation/Warehouse applications
and SAP. Act as liaison between End-users, SAP Technical Support, and ETMS Support
to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOCs. Skill Sets Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related
fields. Strong Knowledge of Business Processes. 2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations. Demonstrate understanding of logistics Supply Chain systems. System implementation or baseline support experience.Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of SAP 4.7 or higher. Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Understanding of Logistics operating systems will be a plus. Highly organized and can prioritize multiple projects. Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational
skill. Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels
of management. Ability to work across multiple functional groups. Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment.
