Responsible for supporting the development and execution of project communicationsas defined by the communications approach and strategy. Responsible for working
with the Readiness and Training team, Release Leadership, One Up Communications
Lead and the business to manage and optimize communications efforts in support of
the Release Five deployment. Manage communication activities to ensure the associates
and key stakeholders progress through the change process to ensure adoption of the
new systems and processes.Communications will address stakeholders that are internal to the project team (e.g.
project team leads and release team members), across (e.g. Change Network, End-Users,
division leaders), and external to (e.g. customers, bottlers, co-packers and suppliers.The Communication Lead will work closely with the core communication team and the
internal communications team to execute communications and ensure a consistent approach
and voice to the organization. Develop, manage and execute the communication plan.Integrate communication planning with cross-release plan to ensure one face to
the business.Work closely with the Release leadership, One Up Communication Lead, and Release
RandT Leadership to develop and deliver content and tools to the business and project.Apply solid writing, editing and core communication skills to inform and equip target
audiences.Execute and maintain projectspecific channels, such as the Web-based Change Network
Toolkit and other online solutions to support the Change Network and release/process
teams.Implement templates, leverage tools and work within defined standards.Develop release-specific content and contribute to corporate, project and divisions-specific
channels as well as release leadership.Support the approval and editing process for specific communications to drive timely
delivery of messages.Work closely with core project communications to ensure all project messages are
aligned with standards and culture (i.e. work with division communication professionals
to leverage channels, culture and expertise).Equip release leadership and team to be effective project ambassadors.Contribute as necessary to meet the needs of overall One Up communications. Skill Sets Required Skills:5-10 years Experience in leading change management effort for a large project or
system implementation.5-10 Strong facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills.Able to grasp concept quickly and pays close attention to detail.Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products - specificially Powerpoint, Excel and
Word.Bachelors Degree requried. Required Qualifications Desired Skills:Experience with SAP implementation.Ability to take ownership and independently drive process.Ability to engage/partner with multiple constituents while driving to time sensitive
deadlines.,br Organized and capable of multi-tasking.Positive attitude.
