Part of the EPMO team focused on integration across global transformation projects,specifically the One Up program. One Up is a cross-divisional transformation program,
leveraging SAP. This role will help facilitate effective decision-making, sustain
the SAP/enterprise solution, and drive production support requests to resolution
by providing strong data and reports. Manage Inventory of Production Requests to modify the One Up enterprise solution.
Provide streamlined reports to business functional leads to enable efficient prioritization
and decision- making. Ensure integrity of data and supporting tracking system. Follow-up,
as needed, to gather better information to support decision-making. Provide Standard
and Ad Hoc Reports to support business analysis to improve production support visibility
to project issues. Build and deliver new and objective measures of performance on
these issues to support leadership visibility and decision support. Provide strategic
insights and analysis. Support the Production Support Process by assisting manager
with training multiple teams on new process flow while building and cultivating
relationships across multiple business segments. Identify touch points between projects
and operations. Work collaboratively across the organization and with people at
various levels in the organization to support alignment on an integrated and collaborative
approach to the process. Support Governance for Production Support Issues by driving
requirement gathering, implementation and on-going execution of the project prioritization
and approval process, enhancing divisional and functional project initiation councils,
and escalating to Global Councils (per function) to manage enterprise issues. Know
when escalation is necessary. Support Business and Technical Integration such as
merging processes, sharing best practices, resolving issues, managing risks, and
supporting decision-making and ensuring that the overall on-going IT support organization
is well-prepared to manage the on-going One Up enhancement work. Skill Sets Resilient and flexible to adapt to change. Mastery of PowerPoint/Excel/Word applications is essential; particularly, advanced
Excel skills. Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working
with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Demonstrated
problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to exercise good judgment; make decisions;
and assess and resolve problems. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree required. 2-5 years of total prior work experience. Experience with a large, complex SAP or other ERP implementation(s), preferred. 1 year experience with software implementations. Strong project management experience and skills. There may be a trip or two to Dallas/Plano.
