Domain Generalized: Investments, Portfolio Management, Trading Business Domain Expertise: Quantitative Management Equities, International Securities, Fixed Income, Taxable Fixed Income, Amortizing Securities (CMO's etc.) Product Familiarity: Charles River Investment management System Process Familiarity: Active and Quantitative Portfolio Managment, Trading, Derivatives Trading, Portfolio Optimization, Portfolio Compliance Technology Familiarity: RDBMS (Sybase), j2ee (java, object oriented development, weblogic), Unix (scripting, shell, perl) -- Job Responsibilties: Lead requirments and workflow design for teams implementing CRIMS for new business units. Need to be familiar with agile work management principles, SCRUM, deferred requirements, project risk assessment. Work with end users and business managment to understand current process, and propose best industry practices approach to workflow using CRIMS software, and some envelope tools of our own design as needed. Work with technology team to communicate and refine requirements, develop solution proposal and understand implemenation constraints. Communicate (evangelize) proposals back to the user community, explaining the inherent value propositions, and how the proposal will meet the requirements. Develop keep in mind opportunities to propose alternates, and reduced or expanded versions of the proposal to align with deliver schedule requirements as well as functional requirements. Produce requirements documents for many audiences - with varying levels of detail. Understand the audience and pitch the document appropriately. Experience: significant (3-5 years) requirements engineering experience, who has been involved in refining requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
