Skills A:PERL SCRIPTS 04-06 Yrs; SYBASE 04-06 Yrs; Sybase Replication Server 1-03 Yrs. B: Shell Scripting 1-03 Yrs -Familiarity with Sybase Adaptive Server 12.5.x. -Able to fine tune database server performance using the features available in Sybase Adaptive server. -Experience with database administration. -Knowledge of various database optimization techniques such as row locking. -Knowledge of Sybase Replication -Strong SQL skills. -Working knowledge of Perl and UNIX shell scripting -Able to script many database tasks such as Table construction and data transfer. -Able to create tools to monitor database, replication, and UNIX Linux system performance.
