The Change Control Analyst will support the completion of impact analysis on changes made to company systems. This position will work with technical, compliance, and quality groups in reviewing documents relating to changes and assist in the development of test scripts and in the review of executed test scripts. The position will also assist in processes and policy development regarding change control and develop and maintain a change control plan that will detail activities performed during the lifecycle of software and hardware projects.

Position Responsibilities:
* Review security requirements for application deployments including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
* Assist in the development of policies and procedures for appropriate internal control.
* Work with business users to understand functionally how the business process is served by the application.
* Maintain the IT change control schedules for all applications, infrastructure and business launches.
* Validate scope and requirements from Business Case through Project requirements gathering/documentation.
* Assist in developing and managing processes.
* Coordinate the movement and processing of numerous requests and correspondence supporting change control.
* Support the migration of software projects through the development life cycle insuring integrity and control.

Educational Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with the design and implementation of change management processes including but not limited to System Development Lifecycle, tools, standards and techniques.
* Previous experience in specification documentation and testing and a solid understanding of change management/system lifecycle processes.
* Demonstrated team building skill and ability to work with all levels of management to reach consensus on task, employee, and customer service issues, and ability to act as a \"change agent\" in a team environment.
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, technology, or engineering.
* 2+ years of experience in a change control position.

Required Skills:
* Demonstrated skills with the documentation process and great attention to detail and adherence to approved industry processes.
* Strong understanding of IT operational processes and familiarity with standards and trends relative to IT processes.
* Experience designing processes and procedures which incorporate audit/SOX
requirements and internal controls relative to IT systems and operations.
* Experience working with WinRunner
