Minimum 3 years experience as a level 2 support technician installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop equipment as well as troubleshooting network connectivity problems related to desktop and printer connectivity. Desktop equipment includes: cabling systems, personal computers, laptops, voice, locally attached and networked HP Laser Printers.

The Candidate should have experience with Remedy (or another incident tracking system), Lotus Notes 5 or 6 and LANDesk (or another remote control application). They should possess a strong knowledge of the Windows XP operating system. Candidate should also be comfortable working in a formal business environment.

A Microsoft MCP is required; additional certifications such as HP Certified Technician or A+ are helpful.
