Take your Peoplesoft HCM expertise to a new level with larger, more complex and challenging projects. This role is with a premier, global consulting organization. You will need a minimum of 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR Project Management experience, preferably managing global implementations. Important: you must have managed all phases of the implementation life-cycle with version 8.x or above. This includes experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support. This role also requires that you have the ability to work at the senior management/executive levels of large enterprise clients and will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Here is a summary of what you will need:

? HCM PeopleSoft FUNCTIONAL PM / Big 4 Consulting Experience
? Solid understanding of HCM business processes and leading practices
? Able to lead a team for the analysis, design, development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or 8.9, inclusive of the HR eApps for both Employee and Manager Self-Service (e-Profile, e-Compensation, eRecru )
? Minimum 6 yrs PeopleSoft HR Project Management experience, preferably managing global implementations
