The Project Architect is the primary liaison and project manager for Leo Burnett Print Management's Digital Workflow client implementations. He or she will audit client processes through a variety of methods including interviews, evaluate client needs for digital workflow solutions, document current and future states, produce project plans and implementation schedules, train users and be responsible for the success of clients programs. The Project Architect will manage and communicate with our technology partners the client needs and expectations to ensure timely delivery. The Project Architect is expected to maintain a presence in their area of industry expertise as demonstrated by participation in industry and trade associations.



Responsibilities:

o Technical liaison between Leo Burnett and our clients during project assignment period

o Identify, assess and communicate client needs to technology partners

o Document project specifications and status on a regular basis

o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solution to clients

o Train users on systems implemented

o Source ongoing opportunities for expansion of technology solutions





Requirements for this job are:

o Two or more years of advertising industry print production experience, including production of commercial and advertising print materials

o Five or more years of project management experience. Project Management Certification and/or degree preferred

o Ability to work without close supervision

o Good organizational skills

o Detail oriented

o Ability to multi-task and prioritize

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Experience managing multiple technical projects

o Training experience strongly preferred
