Robert Half Technology has a long time client, located in the heart of downtown Chicago with a need for a Help Desk Analyst I / Technical Customer Support Representative. Our client works with a variety of different survey products that need online and phone support. This particular product is an automotive dealership portal where the candidate will support dealership users ranging from customer support to dealership owners. The Help Desk Analyst I will get the customer trained and acquainted with using the portal, setting up administrative rights, troubleshooting user errors, resetting usernames and passwords, and providing general assistance. They will be expected to resolve first level support issues in a timely manner while escalating more involved issues to the proper level. The incumbent will have significant interaction with both customer and internal contacts in an effort to provide support, problem resolution, troubleshooting, and technical account documentation. As new customers are added, the Help Desk Analyst I will help with rollouts, implementations, and new user orientations.
