Robert Half Technology has a client seeking a Survey Technology Associate to support project leaders during specific stages of the research process. The Survey Technology Associate is responsible for the technical set-up and quality control of survey projects. Responsibilities include: monitoring project status on a daily basis, keeping the action plan up-to-date, and alerting project team members of any changes or issues as soon as they arise. Working on special technology projects with Manager of the Amer Tech Group and Labs. Attending weekly Practice Group meetings for updates and contribution to project updates. Actively participating in project team meetings. The Survey Technology Associate will work closely with colleagues to coordinate the planning and logistics of online survey development, including the scheduling, outline and site plan, administration plan, design and creation of the site, primary client IT contact and client troubleshooting management. He/she will set up Sharepoint site for the client project and manage the members, site design/layout and contents (when needed). The Survey Technology Associate will manage content on the site when needed and maintain the site structure and design (as needed). The Survey Technology Associate will set up spreadsheet materials for proprietary data-presentation software products (e.g. ISRInter@ctive, Excel Reports), tailoring for clients according to their requirements. Materials including User spreadsheets, wizards spreadsheet, Excel report template. Liaise with Labs to execute software configuration and act as primary client contact when constructing materials. Handle data management, including data merging, data changes, participate in keypunch planning and review for surveys. He/she will work with project team to coordinate vendor efforts for data collection &#150; act as second line of contact with a vendor. Coordinate centralized efforts for data management in global projects. Coordinate and merge multiple comment files. Act as point person to Comments department when questions and issues arise.
