While reporting to the CEO and Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for providing all project related administrative support to company management, the project manager, project staff, and clients. This is achieved by creating and or maintaining all project scope documents, plans, schedules, recorded hour&#146;s reports, tracking notes, change requests, status and financial reports and a master project schedule for multiple concurrent web application development projects within this seven-year-old consulting company. Experience: Proficiency in the use of MS Project (Use of master projects and sub-projects is a plus but not required). Above average written and verbal communication skills. Detail Oriented. Effective interaction and communication with technical, creative, and management personnel to maintain project record accuracy and integrity. Persistent, thorough, and timely in completing required tasks to a schedule while working independently without close supervision. Effectively interacts and interfaces with invoicing, cash management and accounts receivable personnel, systems, and processes. 3 to 5 years experience in multiple concurrent project environments preferably within a consulting organization. Have supported consulting project managers and project team members by having hands on responsibility for set up, and maintenance of project scopes, specifications, documents, plans and schedules based on input from project managers and project team members. Project durations ranging from multiple weeks to three months. Hands on responsibility for capturing project hours, costs, changes, and communications from a project&#146;s initiation through closure using various electronic and paper systems based on input from project managers and project team members. Maintained master project schedules for multiple concurrent projects (15 to 25) of various types, requirements with durations.
