DoubleClick Performics clients realize impressive results by engaging consumers, significantly growing sales and exceeding objectives is seeking a Campaign Management Consultant (CMC).





The CMC travels to DART Search client offices and works with them to increase their comfort with and use of the product. The role supports the GTS Client Services and Sales teams by working hands-on with clients in need of launch and supplemental training, implementing campaigns, and best practices.








Key Accountabilities





· Present to, train, and consult clients on use of the DART Search product and services, offering industry perspective, product knowledge, and best practices well beyond the basics of the product.


·Engage and win over clients to expanded use of the DART Search


· Work with manager, TAMs, Sales, and Account Management to identify client training needs


·Manage travel schedule and client training/consultation engagements


·Debrief key stakeholders post visit on client status, successes, further client needs, and suggestions for product improvement


·Keep DART Search training materials current with new product features and services


·Identify the need for and create new training materials as needs arise


·Improve training process with primary goals of better training methods, scheduling, and delivery.


·Provide internal training to GTS and other DoubleClick teams


·Occasional weekend support coverage, project work, or travel.





Knowledge and Skill Requirements:





·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or Information Systems Management


·Very strong written and verbal communication skills


·Strong client management and problem solving skills


·Good understanding of Search industry


·2+ years experience in a client-facing technology role


· 1+ year experience as a DoubleClick DART Search TAM or equivalent DART Search experience


· 1+ year experience with DoubleClick online marketing tools


·Previous training experience


·Medium competency level in HTML, cookie technology, and URL encoding and structures


· Familiarity with databases.


·Ability to travel up to 50%.
