DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Analyzing existing and future product solutions, defining product solution strategy, creating roadmaps, and defining detailed requirements for product development; (2) Gathering business requirements from organizational leaders as well as market analysis data to create successful products; (3) Conducting presentations to a wide variety of audiences; (4) Evaluating buy versus build criteria; (5) Translating product requirements into functional and technical specifications; (6) Leading cross functional teams to deliver solutions; (7) Managing product development through the creation of requirements (business and technical) process workflows, user stories, reporting requirements, and test cases; (8) Collaborating with distinctly unique groups (Sales, Marketing, Technology/Product Development, etc.); (9) Design and development of functional specifications including user stories, process/workflow, error messages, interface specifications and test cases; (10) Communicating team accomplishments throughout the organization; (11) Working closely with testing and quality assurance in ensuring that developed software behavior matches the requirement specifications; (12) Project oversight ensuring project milestones and objectives are met, and expectations exceeded.
Experience: MUST HAVE AN UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE.STRONG/CURRENT role of acting as a PRODUCT ANALYST FOR A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY or a BUSINESS ANALYST for a TECHNOLOGY COMPANY or DOT.COM.Must have strong/current skills writing functional specifications for a software solution.Must have strong/current ability to extract business requirements from management and market analysis to create remarkable products.Must have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills, combined with strong ability to lead others, even when direction may be ambiguous.Pluses: AGILE development methodology.Personality Profile:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong track record of presentation to diverse audiences and executive management.
