Due to continued growth and demand for our services, we are currently looking to hire for a Sr. Graphics/Engine Programmer that ideally possesses experience with gaming graphics (especially XBOX 360 graphics) and/or advanced shader techniques in HLSL or similar. If you want to work in a fun and creatively challenging environment with some of the best, this is the place for you.Responsibilities:~Writing, debugging and optimizing code for game software (primarily XBox360, but other platforms may be involved) ~Architecting and maintaining the rendering/shading systems ~Developing tools and processes for our asset creation pipeline ~Quickly learning existing code and libraries and able to make intelligent changes ~Working with artists and designers to achieve challenging visual goalsMust Have Skills:1.) 3-5+ years of professional programming experience in C++.2.) Experience with advanced shader techniques in HLSL or similar 3.) Intimate knowledge of the DirectX API4.) Strong skills in developing 3D render engines and knowledge of modern cutting-edge rendering techniques 5.) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics or similarNice to Have Skills:Console graphics programming experience, especially XBOX 360 Autodesk 3DSMax plug-ins and Max Scripting Experience writing highly optimized graphics code, multi-pass shaders and render targets and advanced techniques for Real Time lighting and shadows Using PIX to debug and optimize graphics code Low-level understanding of graphics hardware Experience with multi-threaded game engines and rendering systems.
