Experience: Bachelors Degree is required. Advanced Degree is a very strong plus.6 - 8 years of overall IT consulting experience is required.4 years of Business Analyst consulting experience.4 years of mid-range to large-scale consulting organizational experience is required.4 years of large call center experience is required.5+ years of strong CRM functional experience is required. NO EXCEPTIONS!4 years of large-scale project budget forecasting and planning of projects is mandatory in this role.2 years experience supervising and managing a team of 4 or more direct reports.Very strong communications skills, verbal, written and interpersonal are essential in this role.Previous C-level communication with business, development, and senior management is required.Strong presentation skills are mandatory in this role.PMP or PMI certification is preferred.Travel of 50% - 100% will be required.CompensationNegotiable
