-Monitoring the production environments, which includes servers, network equipment, databases and proprietary software applications with the ability to respond to monitoring alerts. -Assist in the day-to-day operations of our data centers and support of remote sites. -Maintain system run-books, procedures, escalation lists, contact and system configuration information -Ensure up to date and accurate monitoring on all systems Experience: Special Qualification (e.g. Market coverage, Sector coverage, programming language, etc -Minimum of 3 years experience working in a 24x7 operations center environment in support of mission-critical applications. -5 years experience with UNIX, LINUX, Windows 2000 server, Windows XP operating systems. -Knowledge of networking and Cisco Works network management tools is a plus. -Must have excellent organizational, multi tasking, prioritizing and teamwork skills -Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Industry -BA/BS degree or equivalent in computer science -OS or networking certifications To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
