Summary


This position requires collaboration both internally (Equity Trading, IT, and Logistics) and externally (with third party vendors and brokers) to facilitate implementation of a Program / Portfolio Trading Execution Platform. The position will also be responsible for small to medium size projects, pre - production activities such as testing / configuration, and support / maintenance for the Trade Execution Platform.

. Testing of third party trade execution systems both with the vendors, brokers, and internal IT testing. This includes testing of broker connections between client and the vendor, testing of new software releases, and testing of configuration changes prior to being release.



. Configuration of the software into the test environment along with pre production support activities required for deployment and integration of the software into the production environment.



Provide technical support to traders related to production problems identified on the trade execution and straight through processing platforms.



. Regular communication of status on small projects, testing, configuration activities including escalation of critical, re-occurring problems to development and senior management.
