RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent of this role will:

• Build relationships with services decision makers at existing clients

• Meet with current delivery clients to ensure client satisfaction, and to identify and close repeat services business

• Accompany engineers to client engagements on a regular basis

• Support local services-centric business development efforts

• Manage and build relationship with the Microsoft consulting team

• Stay close to the services business

• Know the engineers and project managers, their current engagements, and their clients

• Provide timely and accurate availability information to the local sales teams

• Educate the local sales teams on the abilities of the SD team

• Encourage the sales teams to bring our consulting team to their clients. Encourage the SD team to build relationships with the local sales teams

• Ensure all hardware deals include appropriate services offerings

• Ensure all hardware deals include relevant Berbee-packaged services

• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and other recordkeeping duties related to future planning for the delivery team

• Be accountable for complete and accurate services billing for the SD team every month

• Identify and escalate high-risk projects to the Berbee Engagement Office, and take responsibility for the identification and mitigation of risk factors on these projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent of this role will:

• Build relationships with services decision makers at existing clients

• Meet with current delivery clients to ensure client satisfaction, and to identify and close repeat services business

• Support local services-centric business development efforts

• Manage and build relationship with the Microsoft consulting team

• Stay close to the services business

• Know the engineers and project managers, their current engagements, and their clients

• Provide timely and accurate availability information to the local sales teams

• Educate the local sales teams on the abilities of the SD team

• Encourage the sales teams to bring our consulting team to their clients. Encourage the SD team to build relationships with the local sales teams

• Ensure all hardware deals include appropriate services offerings

• Ensure all hardware deals include relevant Berbee-packaged services

• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and other recordkeeping duties related to future planning for the delivery team

• Be accountable for complete and accurate services billing for the SD team every month
