The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a client facing position in the Global Technical Services (GTS) Client Services team. The TAM provides technical account management and support to clients to enable them to meet their online marketing objectives using DoubleClick technology, including implementation, training, and end user support. This is a technical role in a fast paced, independent, innovative environment with a strong client services focus.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical account management and support to assigned internal and external clients.
Seek ways to improve current technology and business processes.
Facilitate information sharing about DoubleClick technology to clients.
Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues as they relate to our technology.
Document and track technical issues and processes.
Attend interdepartmental meetings advising on technology.
Develop training material on the use of new technology product and services.
Conduct technical training for both internal staff and client users.
Generate custom client-requested reporting using SQL queries and shell scripting.
Develop and deliver daily reports to internal and external clients as needed.
Limited weekend support coverage or project work.
Manage short-term and long-term projects.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have:

The CMC travels to DART Search client offices and works with them to increase their comfort with and use of the product. Key Accountabilities





· Present to, train, and consult clients on use of the DART Search product and services, offering industry perspective, product knowledge, and best practices well beyond the basics of the product.


·Engage and win over clients to expanded use of the DART Search


· Work with manager, TAMs, Sales, and Account Management to identify client training needs


·Manage travel schedule and client training/consultation engagements


·Debrief key stakeholders post visit on client status, successes, further client needs, and suggestions for product improvement


·Keep DART Search training materials current with new product features and services


·Identify the need for and create new training materials as needs arise


·Improve training process with primary goals of better training methods, scheduling, and delivery.
