Our client located in Downtown Chicago, is looking for a Web Developer. The ideal Web Developer for this position, should have a minimum of 5 years of solid web development experience, which includes : Asp.Net, C# ,Javascript, AJAX, HTML / DHTML, XML / XSL, MS SQL server and T-SQL. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of good Macromedia Flash/Flex experience (Flash, Flex and Actionscript.) The ideal Web Developer for this position should have experience in coding concepts and languages and also should be experienced in system design concepts. He/she should have excellent knowledge of related applications and should be able to develop unique insights into the business/technologies. The ideal candidate should have the ability to respond to changing business demands and opportunities.

The ideal Web Developer's specialized knowledge should include, developing technical external/functional design specifications ; providing technical expertise and leadership of the product development lifecycle process ; coaching other team members on relevant technical skills ; demonstrating the ability to work with team on time critical projects ; providing the estimates for project plans and input on required tasks based on customer requirements and specifications ; evaluating modules for performance stability and openness of design ; establishing initial system component configuration ; exhibiting an understanding of the business goals; recognizing the client needs and links needs to specific Application Development solutions and finally, identifying and documenting technical trends and incorporating innovative uses of technology.
