The Coordinator is an entry level position on the Global Technical Services (GTS) Client Services team. The Coordinator works extensively with back end systems to support the implementation and use of DoubleClick internet marketing technology. This is a technical role in a fast paced, independent, innovative environment with a strong client services focus. Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Perform ongoing tests to verify accuracy of client tracking.
  • Monitor daily system processes for successful completion and accuracy of data.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external client projects.
  • Seek ways to improve current technology and business processes.
  • Document and track technical issues and processes.
  • Support all implementations of DoubleClick technology.
  • Execute scripts in support of system processes.
  • Generate custom client-requested reporting using a number of tools including SQL queries, Java, Perl, and shell scripting.
  • Perform daily checks on various systems to ensure their successful completion.
  • Limited weekend support coverage or project work. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or Information Systems Management.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and cookie technology.
  • Basic understanding of URL encoding and structures.
  • Basic familiarity with shell scripting, Perl, Java and SQL query skills and relational databases.
  • Basic problem-solving and project participation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
