Orur client, a premiere Management Consulting Firm seeks an SAP BW Operations Lead to provide SAP BW operations excellence for all things "BW" within the firm. This is a full-time, internal position located at their downtown Chicago office and requires "hands-on" technical skills working on production operations on a large scale.
Responsibilities:
. Owns delivery of SAP BW maintenance releases including outage planning and managing ties to technology team
. Create a reusable set of regression test scripts
. Manage incident queue and complete Break / Fix
. Execute Periodic Processes (MM, ME, QE, YE)
. Define, measure Service Level Agreements (SLA)
. Capacity Planning
. Prioritize operations improvements
. Estimate operations support for new initiatives
Requires:
. -1+ years Operations Experience
. 2+ years SAP BW Experience
. 1+ years Functional knowledge of R/3 across any areas including HR / Finance / OM
. 2+ years PMO Skills
. Excellent organizational skills and great communication skills
