Responsible for working with the Organizational Readiness Lead to drive OrganizationalReadiness for Release 5 go-live. This includes working closely with the Deployment
Team and other Readiness and Training workstream leads to ensure impacted users
at each site have been identified and the necessary role-mapping, training, go-live
preparations and awareness communications have been successfully executed. Also
responsible for establishing and executing the Change Network and providing the
network with the information and tools they need to prepare the business for a successful
deployment. Coordinate activities to minimize organizational disruption and ensure
the workforce is effectively prepared for the transition to SAP, new processes and
roles. Key activities includes, but is not limited to: - Support Release 5 Change
Network approach including defining change networks business resource requirements
including specific roles and responsibilities as well as estimating time commitments
for deployment. Obtaining buy-in and sign-off from senior Business Integration Leads,
HR and Project One Up Process Team Leads. - Align with Business and the projects
Process Teams to identify resources to staff the Change Network that includes: Business
Sponsors, Local Sponsors, Change Agents and Deployment Leads. - Mobilize the Change
Network to execute a comprehensive role-mapping approach in conjunction with the
projects Security team and the Organization Impact team. - Partner with the Training
team to develop integration points between user identification/role-mapping efforts
and required training. Educate and mobilize the Change Network to support the use
of the Learning Management System and the delivery of training for all impacted
users. - Support alignment of communication events and messages targeted at the
Change Network with overall program sponsorship and communication messages and activities.
- Coordinate the Organizational Readiness activities with other impacted Release
teams - Support the day-to-day planning and execution of Change Network responsibilities;
coordinating all relevant training, conference calls and meetings for the members.
- Coordinate activities and events for various stakeholder and end-user groups,
e.g. Site Expos, etc - Meet regularly with Business, e.g. sharing Org. Readiness
approaches, reporting status, facilitating decision making. - Capture and implement
lessons learned from previous Releases. - Ensure integration of people/organizational
readiness activities that align with the programs deployment activities, e.g. technical,
cutover, business process.
