Our client is a prestigious not for profit organization looking for the right web developer/designer to join their team. This person will be completely responsible for managing the organization's web site in terms of informing and linking individual supporters, funders, donors, and organizations involved in early childhood education reform. This person's responsibilities will range from managing/updating content, function and design of the site, managing growth of the site, developing standardized templates and branding for web and print, ensuring that all materials and communications adhere to verbal and visual brand management guidelines, and also serve as the in-house designer for all print materials.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: -B.A. Degree
-3+ years not for profit experience
-2+ years working with HTML
-2+ years working with Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher, Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDeisgn
-1+ year working with Flash
-Experience with online/email marketing and online customer/donor relationship management tolls (Kintera, Convio) is a plus
-Strong graphic design (print) experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
