1. Strong TFS skills (architecture and deployment). Must have prior experience of implementing TFS in a large enterprise scenario.

2. Strong in Application Lifecycle Methodologies and processes such as Agile Methodology, Continuous Integration, etc using Visual Studio Team System and TFS

3. Strong in build processes using MSBuild and Wix


Upgrade NEL to .NET 3.5/Windows 2008/IIS 7
1. Experience using Enterprise Library 4.x

2. Strong in application architecture and developing frameworks for enterprise.

3. Experience in developing & deploying applications in Windows 2008/IIS 7

4. Strong in .NET development and architecture patterns and practices
