Stable and growing outsourced call center is seeking Bilingual Client Care Representatives to join their team! Requirements below absolutely must be met--qualified candidates will be contacted directly after applying! Note: There are both part-time and full-time openings. Both types of positions *require* availability every day of the week (including Saturday, Sunday, *and* holidays), flexibility to work evenings, and flexibility to have a changing schedule on a weekly or biweekly basis. You will be taking inbound calls to provide superior customer service in the capacities of taking orders, general customer service and question-answer resolution, after-hours telephone answering services, etc. ~ You must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service requiring high-volume customer satisfaction. Experience working partially or completely over the telephone a plus. ~ You *must* be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. ~ You must have basic computer skills and be able to type 25-30 wpm at least. ~ You must demonstrate excellent, upbeat, and positive customer service over the phone and provide at least two professional references to verify your customer service skills. Demonstrated job stability and key success stories in customer satisfaction are important to note. ~ This position pays $9-10/hour, and long-term potential for growth and training exist.
