Knowledge of test methodologies Experience creating and writing test cases. Interfaces regularly with peers and management regarding test related topics including the coordination of test related initiatives with QA Test Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers, and other QA Core team members. Participates in all phases of the IT Project Delivery Framework, including review of complex business and functional requirements. Assesses risk to quality service based upon results of verification and validation. Monitors adherence to established test standards and procedures. Provides QA consultation services to support users of related test processes. Maintains document template libraries and internal project documentation. Participates in both internal and external process improvement projects. Must have at least 4 years of QA experience (CSTE or CSQA certifications a plus). Experienced using Mercury Quality Center or Test Director Experienced writing database queries. QTP experience is a plus. Candidate must be willing to submit to any and all U.S. government security and/or clearance procedures. This may include the following:Proof of US Citizenship (original of any of the following documents) a) Birth Certificate b) US Naturalization Certificate c) US Passport d) Lawful Permanent Resident Security Card - an EVS screening through Social Security Administration will be completed to validate the social security number.Seven (7) year Residence and Employment history including background, criminal and credit check a) Information must include 7 years of uninterrupted residence and employment in the United States Experience: Roles and Responsibilities: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will create and execute functional, regression and end to end system test cases. In addition, you will be responsible for developing test plans, cases, scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined, business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases. Process transactions from system entry to exit documenting all defects. Test functionality delivered across applications and. Test applications to demonstrate that relevant existing system functionality. Develop testing processes and approaches according to JPMC Chase standards. Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing strategy. Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance. You will help design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts. Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases. Assist Application Developers, Business Analysts and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems. You will facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization architectural issues and decisions. Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design. Coordinate component, system and documentation testing.
