One of SGA's major financial clients in Chicago, IL is looking for a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity, to work on an E-Commerce web application (Microsoft). Work with BSA team to analyze and document solutions to assigned projects (Infrastructure and GSA).Will be coordinating with the business and technology groups to help enhance the application. A technical background is a big advantage (XML a plus). The candidate will work closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. Work with development team to document existing Internal Applications (Processes, Functions, Interfaces, etc). Will be writing Use Cases, and will analyze and create Functional Specifications for new enhancements. Should have some Object-Oriented skills.
