One of SGA's Major Financial Clients is seeking Implementation Support for a Contract position in Chicago, Illinois. Seeking a candidate for a Junior type role Candidate will be required to eploy internally developed .NET/Java components and vendor software across all of our Windows and Citrix servers, as well as desktops., candidate will become an expert installing and troubleshooting both internally developed components and vendor software. Seeking a candidate that will provide off-hours support. Rotating pager support needed (approximately once every six weeks), as well as support the many test environments by troubleshooting environment and application issues. Seeking a candidate that will define reusable and fail-proof implementation procedures and documentation., as well as create implementation plans and disaster recovery testing plans.
