Remedy experience is a must for this position. The candidate should have a good understanding of Remedy 6.

This position processes all ADD, Move, Change, software installation and all other end-user desktop requests for all utilizing Remedy as the primary processing tool.

**Important**: This is an extremely fast paced position which requires the individual to not only work at a fast pace, but also to pay attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge is also a plus since the individual will be working with technical as well as non-technical partners. On a daily average the Workflow Coordinators process 60 to 70 requests. This position requires the candidate to evaluate a request and ensure that all information is provided within the request prior to creating tasks for other teams to process.

On a daily basis, the candidate will be required to wear buisness casual, no jeans or gym shoes allowed. A shirt and tie is required on some occaisions.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading efforts to deliver large, complex projects on time and within the established estimate. They may also serve as "leads" on large client accounts, working with the Account Management team to nurture client relationships and traffic project work across larger teams of multiple Project Mangers. The Sr. Project Manager has excellent documentation experience and superior technical knowledge, and is both internally team-focused and externally client-facing as required. Sr. Project Managers may be responsible for supervising Project Coordinators and/or Project Managers, and may assist in trafficking project work and managing resource assignments.



Key responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:



Collaborates with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client's needs within established constraint

Works with account team as well as any and all members of assigned project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools

Actively participates in all project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key client deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timelines

Responsible for managing project financial lifecycle, including estimates, status reporting, revenue forecasts, invoicing, etc

Creates and maintains project documentation such as estimates, project plans, proposals, statements of work, status reports (internal and external), change requests, functional specifications, etc.

Sets the standards for project work

Accountable for flawless execution in own work and that of direct reports; pushes for same with project team members

Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve work processes



Requirements



Minimum 4 years experience as an Interactive Project Manager, or similar.

The project is the installation of an upgrade of the Eagle investment accounting platform.

Besides standard BPA skills (See Below) the ideal candidate would have knowledge or expertise in one or many of the following areas:

- In Depth knowledge of an investment accounting platform. Specific Knowledge of Eagle Star accounting version 6.0 or greater a plus.
- Knowledge of Equity trade processing and settlements, both domestically and internationally
- Fixed income trade and accrual processing related to a variety of securities including Mortgage Backed, Asset Backed, TBA's. Muni's
- Familiarity with Domestic and International Income and Corporate Action processing, Voluntary elections, custodian postings, DTC processing etc.
- Understanding of futures processing, Mark to Market processing/Variation Margin Processing
- Reconciliation and familiarity with a reconciliation tool such as SSR or TLM or other reconciliation processing.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and Portfolio Management optimization tools including Charles River.


Summary Of General BPA skills and Duties

Analyzes operations procedures, processes, and problems to identify areas for automation or improved workflow. Reviews workflow to evaluate effectiveness and proposes system changes to improve productivity. Interacts with staff in analyzing existing operational procedures and interpreting how client needs can be better met.

Experience Required
3-5 years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems

Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of system capabilities, usually obtained through formal training or experience with PC or mainframe applications, is required to assess automation possibilities. Advanced analytical skills, usually through experience in related jobs or through formal training in system analysis, is required to redesign processes. Knowledge of financial industry including investment and accounting, usually obtained by experience in several related areas, is required to design process improvements.

Purpose

The Software Engineer (SE) is responsible for design and development of transactional and visual web applications, and for owning the applications through QA, Production Deploy and Application Maintenance phases. Responsibilities include implementation and completion of assigned development and documentation tasks and ensuring quality deliverables throughout the application lifecycle. Technical Skills and Experience

1.2 - 4 years of Java and/or Microsoft.NET software programming experience, specializing in web applications. This particular position will favor Microsoft.NET.

2.Thorough familiarity with Object-oriented design concepts, and with Design Patterns (particularly relating to J2EE/Java or Microsoft.NET/C#).
