The work environment is fast paced, requiring a flexible schedule. Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to project managers, business liaisons and clients in a professional manner.
Desired Qualifications: The following qualifications are desired: Experience with legacy versions of Exchange, experience in large organizations and complex environments including multiple Exchange organizations, Active Directory forests, Exchange clustering with SAN attached servers. Certificates/ Licenses: The following certifications are desired but not required: MCSE and MCP.

Experience: Minimum Requirements: Advanced level of experience in Exchange / Active Directory 2000/2003. Thought and collaborative skills required with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience with Exchange deployed in a mixed environment of centralized datacenter and remote locations. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Experience: Expertise in SMTP, Windows server environments, Exchange 2000/2003, IIS, DNS, and Active Directory as well as general networking knowledge and desktop experience is necessary. Work as a liaison with technical resources in support of data administration, database administration, hardware, software, and network administration.
