The CMS Support Analyst will provide technical support to a non-profit organization on a national basis. This person will be responsible for assisting with the roll-out of a new database system and will need to use their technical abilities and sharp communication skills to enable new users to take full-advantage of the system. End users may be Web and IT staff of the association across the nation, plus some contractors. The Support Analyst will be the daily point-of-contact for end users during and following migration to the CMS platform.
